My name is Steve Bowles and I have lived in March area for over 35 years. For over 25 of those years I have worked for a well known corporate Estate Agency business. I started as a sales negotiator and worked through to a board level management position, running one of the most successful branches in the group. In doing so, I gained a vast amount of experience in selling property.  However, in a corporate business, employees are driven to increase numbers on a daily basis and the focus on customer service and attention to detail tends to take a back seat.

I created Next Level Property Services out of a desire to be able to own and operate an Estate Agency business where i can offer the flexibility to work without restrictive opening hours, where I can focus on giving 'one to one' personal service and also so that I have the ability to work with my clients from the first point of contact to completion.  I can give honest advice and recommendation and introduce my clients to people within the industry including mortgage advisors and solicitors who I know have the same high standards of service that I do.
