  • Why choose Next Level Property ?

    I am a new, fresh, local & independent Estate Agency with over 25 years experience of selling homes in the Fenland area. I have handled hundreds of property sales and carried out thousands of valuations in the area during my career as an Estate Agent. 

    I am obsessed with ensuring your property is promoted fully and quickly to as many buyers as possible and that I will give a full 5 star service from the first time I meet you until the keys are handed to the new buyer. The advice I give on marketing, including a suggested asking price, will be considered, realistic and backed up by an explanation along with factual detail. I do not over value to win, I do not undervalue to get a quick sale. My advice will be based on your desired timescale to move and I will explain everything in detail including justification for the advice I give

  • What can Next Level Property do differently to other agents?

    Firstly, I advertise all of my properties on Rightmove, Zoopla AND onthemarket.com along with other popular property search engines that Zoopla power.   You will not be disadvantaged by using me vs the more established Estate Agents, in fact i advertise on more property portals than some of the biggest agents in the area.  

    I use social media to promote all of my properties, not just photos but a full video presentation every time. I use pro photography, video tours and drone footage to ensure I market your home to its fullest potential with an eye for detail in the presentation. You will not see cars or wheelie bins dominating any of my marketing photos!  As a small business, I am able to spend time with my clients ensuring that viewings are not rushed, every lead is spoken to at length and I ensure that I am available to contact 24/7 for buyers and sellers. All of my clients have one point of contact to ensure continuity for the duration of the business relationship. Lastly, I will get your property live on the same day that I visit you with full photography and a video tour. No waiting for days to go live!

  • What are your fees?

    Firstly, I work on a no sale, no fee basis. There are no upfront fees and my selling rate will be as competitive as possible. As the director of the company, I have flexibility to make a decision on selling fees on a property by property basis. Also, as a new business I am not yet VAT registered and therefore no VAT is payable on my selling fees at this time. I give you drone photos, pro photography, video footage and accompanied viewings all inclusive and with no additional costs hidden away.  If you are already on the market and able to instruct a second agent, I will still honor a 'no sale, no fee' arrangement and all at my expense unless I get you a result, so you have nothing to lose by giving me an opportunity to prove myself to you.

  • When are you available for an appointment?

    I offer valuation appointments 7 days a week and evenings if needed. Call 01354 776180 or book in via our easy booking link and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
